Nope, Europe only - the closest thing to USDM will probably be the Belasco Pizza delivery car

Turbo Burger is it's own thing, Belasco Pizza is a placeholder name for a small, as-of-yet-unnamed pizza restaurant whose owner imported an Aria and now uses it as a delivery car.

Not really, as cool as they are, making them would probably add a month of work considering the current rate of progress, and I'm already past my "personal" release date by almost 2 months.
