Great stuff! You could add that indeed Looks pretty nice, also seeing the Executive trim reminded me of something I wanted to add. Personally, the Exclusive lettering on the hood looks a bit off (kinda unusual, could I say comical?). Maybe you could relocate the Ibishu badge up there otherwise since it seems to kinda blend with the chrome grille too much when placed on it. Just an idea
I kinda want to keep it as it is, it's just my personal thing to add really. Besides i already uploaded a new update and it's currently awaiting the checks from the moderators so yeah, not going to even bother with that again.
My friends have reported an unnoticed issue with 2.3L DOHC engine. specifically the one from touring configuration. The problem is that when you drive it for long, at one point if you shift into 5th (and only on 5th in my stress test), and then give it full throttle, at around 6000 to 7500 RPM it explodes due to "overtorque" Currently investigating, but probably the main issue with it was mostly unchanged settings for the engine's proper settings for over torque damage rating, which supposed to be high as the engine is for high performance and it should've not exploded with stage 1 block. But who knows, it could be literally anything else than just that. Also i spotted some mad torque dips i missed to fix... (heavy sigh) here we go again. For now you can detune the engine a bit for touring versions, or swap it out for a 2.0 engine instead and try to race with that. It is mad, but it's only a temporary solution. Peace. --- Post updated --- Now the mod has 2 mods awaiting moderation checks... Sorry for hard work, moderators.
That happened to me yesterday, I thought it part of the Touring Race config but if it's not part of it then I can enjoy it so much more. I lost so much races to the AI to a bug :sob:
Great mod but I find it a bit odd that there's no option for US license plates. I get that it's a European market car but most other non US market car mods still let you equip them with US plates. I can't make a proper gray market import now.
wouldn't really make sense, seeing how a USDM (which is pretty much the entirety of BeamNG... sadly) Pessima already exists as for other markets... ok yeah this mod definitely could use US plates
At this point I might just try and add US plates to this mod and get the equivalent of the Hero of the Village effect It’s really easy, if anyone has some insight into modding, it shouldn’t be an issue to make.
I will added them later when possible. Though not sure when because repository right now doesn't accepts any new mods and updates, so it's better to wait until everything starts working. --- Post updated --- Also, for anybody else, here's a little sneak peak of my new project that i started making in late November. I'm posting it here because it's an Ibishu, and it might be related to this mod too. Here's the picture of the thing from one of the corners. Can't reveal much more about this right now, so it's better to look for a thread where this thing will be revealed. When it'll be, i'm not so sure, there's still plenty to work on it before i can post anything about it to the forums. See you all soon.
Hello fellow dust and spiders of this thread. It's been more than 3 months (as the big red box tells me when posting this) and there hasn't been any much move from the mod. Ever since CrossSport came out i kinda forgot about this mod until Ibishu Mirena came out, at which point i started wondering what should i do to the regular EUDM Pessima that mod is based on. Well, i thought of making a new update for it which will involve major improvements to the model, and other things in the mod. While currently the car doesn't look like much like the MK6 EUDM Honda Accord, the newer model will include some more features of that Honda, like some body lines, and a new pre-facelift bumper (that's not a 2001 bumper that the mod currently has as a pre-facelift) and maybe something new. Progress you wonder? Well, here it is so far If i decide to do it, a liftback might be made as well, after all the real MK6 Accord had one. Although i will not make an estate, a van, or anything that MK6 Accord didn't had. Also, this isn't the Opel Omega, there's already a mod based on Opel Omega that's also lore friendly. This is a completely different car. See ya guys.
Perhaps you might consider making a version with further restyled bodywork that could be a lore-friendly version of the Rover 600 that's based on the Euro Accord of the 90s? Maybe ask Bunbyte for permission to use the Alston branding (which is a lore-friendly Austin/Rover/MG) for it, since they're open to letting others use the brand for their own projects.
I don't mean as a feature present in Configs, just as a little extra thing for drift boi burnout guys like me
I don't really know about making a Rover-like version of this car. If i would've made one, i 100% won't use someone else's brand since i have one British brand in my list. I'll see what i can do about that. --- Post updated --- Also, progress. --- Post updated --- MK1 Pessima as well as the Sunburst both have a drift config, despite both of them having transverse engine setup. It's easier that way for the developers to make RWD conversions rather than making a whole new body that's converted to use longitudinal engine setup. As to answer to the question about the RWD being available in this thing as a custom part - no, it's too much effort for my poor skills.
