    This hole does not belong to a specific map in the game, it was created with the terrain editor. However, I can't tellyou how to use the terrain editor as I don't know myself.

    as Tntmanfr said, hole doesnt belong to map but place looks like one of the roads in Industrial site but without grass and broken buildings on the left
    here is the closest place
