    Hello,

I recently reset my PC but I didn’t notice it would lose these mods I was using in BeamNG.drive. I'm still using the same account on Steam, but I'm on a different PC now. How can I restore my settings, game saves, and progress, and all of the mods?

I've tried the following, but they doesn't work at all:

    - Backing up my old BeamNG.drive folder before resetting

    - Using the backup and restore feature

    - Manually copying the mods and settings files that aren’t there

I hope there's a way out to restore everything without having to start over from scratch.

Do you have a backup of the user folder?

Assuming you didn't copy anything from the userfolder before you reset your PC, I hate to inform you, but your mods, settings, progress, etc are unfortunately gone. Everything is stored locally, on your PC, and isn't "synced" to your Steam account. I have done this once before too (it was a couple of years ago), and since I don't usually have too many mods installed, it wasn't that bad. Losing my custom configurations sucked tho...

Unless you still have the files somewhere, you can't get them back.

How did you reset your PC? Full reset or did you keep personal files?

I completely wiped my old PC. It didn't let me keep the files.
