Any way to remove specific vehicle parts that are not within the parts menu?

Hey folks, I've been wondering this for a hot minute now and I've finally decided to create a thread asking about it.

Is there any way, without using the node-grabber or the parts menu, take off parts of vehicles?

Long story short, I own a 1991 Chevrolet Cavalier and have been struggling with restoring it for the past two-ish months. I've come somewhat to a standstill in terms of how the vehicles internals look, and some probably basic questions/concerns about vehicles in general, such as differences in K-Frames to standard, Unibodies and fender connection points, etc etc.
I figured I'd take my hand at BeamNG and look at vehicles in-game to get a better understanding on what part is what as well as connection points, what said thing looks like and where it can or may be located.

If anyone knows how to, or even if there's a resource/mod that has something similar, please do let me know I'd greatly appreciate it.

Or hell, even if anyone knows about resources I can refer to to further learn about my vehicle, It'd be greatly appreciated if I could be referred to them.

    Thanks in Advance

It's not a Volkswagen, friend put that on as a gag joke.

I wish. I’m “restoring” an ‘80 AMC Eagle, and I’d love to be able to simulate it in BeamNG.
