What if there was a workshop where you could make custom vehicles, or custom parts, engines, or accessories (like a snow plow for the D series that can be controlled). Maybe make an engine simulator type thing. I think it would be cool to build a 4 rotor, put twin turbos on it, and put it in a '97 Pessima. Or put a big cam in a V8. Or make a sport bike type motor, put it in a custom project, and make it scream. But I could do this all in game, and test drive the project while I work on it. Body work could be like 3d modeling, but very simple, and have templates to mess with.
