    Hello.
Basically, a few days ago i've got an idea to make myself my own fully functional go-kart inside BeamNG. The thing is, i do not know any coding nor modeling. When i tried finding something on youtube, all tutorials seemed to be about Automation and other, which were actually about modding, were unclear or low quality. Does someone want to help me learn it?
    Thanks!

    Hi,

Not many people in the modding community are going to be willing to drop everything and give you one-on-one tutoring on how to mod for this game, but there are many great resources out there that should be enough for you to learn the ropes and get started.

    BeamNG.Drive Official Documentation: https://documentation.beamng.com/modding/

    BeamNG.Drive Official Modding Tutorials: https://documentation.beamng.com/modding/vehicle/tutorials/

Modding for Dummies Discord Server (great for solving any problems): https://discord.gg/EUNexz75Gs

and there's a bunch of tutorials on YouTube for learning Blender, JBeam, Lua and the like which I will link here:

    Blender:

    Lua:

    BeamNG Modding (includes JBeam):

    Hope this helps.

I can recommend on few YouTube channels that can help you achieve that. but you need to understand it's not easy and takes lots of time and effort.

or just search for beamng mod tutorials

I don't know what you know, so if you don't know how to make models - learn how to make models, this is not only for this game, Blender was the easiest for me and It took me years.
Textures - materials, this is another thing to learn. the basics are how to create a material, and associate it with the object created in the 3D software, and also learn how to UV map.
Next, you need to know JavaScript and understand how jbeam file works - the jbeam contains all the information of the objects, if it's a door for example it contains beams and nods information that present the size, weight, and flexibility of the object.
Some other jbeam can contain parameters of the engine, gearbox, wheels etc...
I'm not an expert on this so I can't help too much but I think it's best to start by creating a few parts for existing vehicles and see how it works for you.
