No, it's in the roof rack of the Wendover 'Croco' Gambler 500 car.

You must've added it in the parts selector, because by default, it only comes on the Gambler 500 car, which is not a derby car

 

Umm, actually, the gambler 500 cars can be used as derby cars because they match the same definition:
Destroyed, rusty cars that have parts that don't match and have no value whatsoever.

They can be (Gambler 500 cars), but they're usually not reinforced like derby cars. Are you talking about a demolition derby or a banger race? Demolition derbies are usually cars reversing into each other, and that name can be applied to banger racing, which is on a track.
