Desert Storm PC With upgraded RAM and Beam.ng/Beam.mp takes up nearly 50 GB even when I delete mods and shows these messages, why?

The "memory" it's talking about is RAM, not actual hard drive space.
How much ram do you have?

32GB of VRAM I'm going to assume is a mistake. VRAM is GPU memory.

And do you mean digital storm? I've never heard of a desert storm PC.

You should open task manager, and then run BeamNG. Look at your memory usage in the performance tab. You should also look to see if your ram is at the rated speed.

Important things to check are circled in red.

Hello, I've recently encountered this exact problem myself and was able to solve it by extending pagefile size to 2GiB, which is most likely excessive but solved the issue entirely (if you have it disabled or set to a size too small, it can cause seemingly unrelated problems with various programs, no matter how much ram you have available).

BeamNG's engine has a bit of a memory leak issue. It happens in some circumstances, such as loading a vehicle part that doesn't have anywhere to attatch to, and buffer overflows are common on lower-end hardware.

WTF lmao, and here I am with a 12GB GPU and 64GB RAM and people are telling me that's excessive (I need it for DCS world)
