Everyone wants to know how to spawn vehicles, but how does one delete them? My potato gives up the ghost with anything more than one vehicle. So, Cliff runs at 3-4 FPS for me thanks to all three cars being there. I thought to enter the world editor, select the cars, and delete them...but I can't figure out how to get rid of them. Help?

Or, you could restart the game. But from what I've learned, You cannot delete the original car. But you can delete the ones you spawned. -I've done this by Pushing "J" to pause the physics engine, then pushing ctrl+c to go in free cam, and highlight the vehicle (it should say player or what ever) then push "Delete" on your keyboard.
Yes, you can delete any subsequently spawned vehicles in the editor, but you cannot delete "thePlayer" entity.
