The stereotypical Manta driver is "dull, lower class, macho, infatuated with his car and his blonde hairdresser girlfriend, and an aggressive driver" apparently. A moderately aged and suspiciously well funded man who enjoys two things. The first is beer, and the second is shredding tyres while shouting "Straya" in combination with other profanity. Unfortunately, once the tyres hath been slain, all of his funds are spent on the car, thus he has no money for new ones. Alternatively, it would be the daily driver of a respectable ford enthusiast, so that he can preserve his classic Falcon for special occasions. This is probably more realistic of the two propositions. Right:
