Oh yes, now that the game "cover" has been updated, the old one is definitely nostalgic

 

this could be nostalgic to some, just go to the evolution part and find the year you started playing

 

I don't understand why, but driving motion blur with old glossy-clear-coated graphics is OMEGA nostalgic to me.

You can make things look like toys by using a wide angle and "shallow" depth of field.

Yo, does anyone remember old East Coast and the eerie music in some parts of it? I got Beam in 2015 and i heard the eerie music somewhere. Although nowadays i think that it would be a banger if someone put a beat on top of the old eerie music.

It will be actually interesting to go play the old East Coast again and go around it, whether through a mod, or the old versions of the game itself.

 

The actual game version with this eerie music is really old and cannot be found anymore. Some people tells that it was in 0.3.6.0-9

 

I think this skin for d-series is from back when dpmp mod was fully functional or it might be from variety mod

i wasnt lucky enough to be able to play in the old days of beam, since all i had then was my xbox 1s, my OLD ps3, i think i got beam in 2020/21 (cannot remember sry)

 

I came in just after the widgeon was added. I also got a PC upgrade after the scintilla was added. Before the new PC that car lagged my game lol. Now I can play all maps at 40+ FPS. (FYI I can play fh5 full had at 60+ fps)

Otherwise, on the repo there is the East Coast map from 0.4.0.6. But the problem is that it replaces the current one, so it breaks the game.

 

The oldest screenshot i have is from 2021 for some reason. I remember having more 2018-2020 but I guess not.
