    Re: General discussion chat

    Well... I guess what I did was worse that I thought. The windows explorer and start menu aren't working at all. Luckily all of the programs that I've tried still work. I think I may need to restore my computer to it's factory state. Though the explorer does start to work like normal when I plug in the portable hard drive that I transferred my files to. I think it has something to do with the "appdata/local and appdata/locallow" locations because that's the only place, that I can think of, that I transferred files/folders from that contains system files. I don't want to reset my computer but I haven't found a way to fix it yet, other than that. Can anyone help me with this?

    Yeah the first thing I'll probably do is throw the spare with the hopelessly bald tire on the left and right front to see if that fixes it. If it does I know I have a wheel problem, if it doesn't I know I have a steering/suspension problem. This one, by the looks of it, has sat for atleast 6 months. Tires are still in good shape. Before long, the muck gathering up in the jambs under the trunk door/doors/hood/every single other crevice on the car will start to rust it out. I really don't want to see that happen.
    GOD FUCKING DAMMIT NASHVILLE GIMME MY DAMN TITLE
    It could have been used for prisoner transport, there's no way I'll really ever know. Different departments seem to do more or less thorough jobs of getting all the police equipment out and all the stock stuff back in it. I've seen cars up for sale that still have the divider and plastic seats in the back. They could have just done a damn good job at putting this one back together. Like I said; I will never really know.
    They did leave the strobes in the front grille, though, so it had some sort of job that demanded lights and sirens.
    idfk man
    But yeah the body is really clean, as is the interior. Well...literally the interior is the exact opposite of clean, but I haven't found any missing trim pieces or holes anywhere, so it is in good shape under all the dirt and whatever fluids all those stains are.

    Was he ok? o_O
    I can't even tell what happened. The barriers weren't there, but then popped out of the road. I know some cities have barriers like that to protect buildings from carbombs. Did his speed set off a trigger?

    I believe the guy in that security hut to the left in the video put it up before he saw him coming. It was to late to retract it...

    Looks like the cop never even saw the barrier coming up.
    From what I've heard he was just injured, and I'm sure not very badly.
    Relatively, it wasn't all that hard of an impact. He had like 50 feet to come to a stop, and the car didn't slow down all that violently when it hit the barrier.

    Our Physics teacher used the mnemonic of "real men in velvet underwear r X rated God's" to help students remember the order of the spectrum.
    I also have no idea what asdc stands for.

    Taken quite a bit of googling to get to:
    "All students take calculus"
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/All_Students_Take_Calculus
    This is genuinely something I have never ever come across. Never come across labelling of each quadrant depending on whether the trigonometric functions are positive or negative there.

    Although heres one.
    SohCahToa.
    Sin = opposite / hypotenuse.
    Cos = adjacent / hypotenuse
    Tan = opposite / adjacent
    Working out values of sin/cos/tan in a right angle triangle. I think. I forget. I hated maths and funnily enough have barely needed it since AS...

    I remember SohCahToa for trig, and PEMDAS (Please excuse my dear aunt sally) for order of operations (parenthesis, exponents, multiplication, division, addition, subtraction).

    ah we had BIDMAS, brackets, indices, multiplication, division, addition, subtraction or BODMAS with indices becoming overheads. Difference between order of operations on multiplication and division is irrelevant though as officially they are equal.
