Cars pulling over in middle of road

When I am in a police car and turn my sirens on, all vehicles pull into the middle of their side of the road instead of the side like they used to (for example: on a 4 lane road, all vehicles straddle the dashed white line on their respective sides). I first noticed this in 0.3. This happens on any police vehicle and will all mods disabled. Is this an issue for anyone else and are there any known fixes?

 

i think the ai is just glitchy, same thing happens to me. Especially annoying because I have the max number of traffic (I care about gameplay a lot more than fps )
