Blue glass on roamer

The glass on the roamer is bluer than it should be

I tried:
-Disabling all mods
-Clearing cache
-Verifying game files
-Clearing whole profile
and it still didn't work

Any solutions?

 

from what i can see that is the normal level of "blue" for the roamer

 

the lights are also more blue than they should

That's definitly the normal color

maybe your monitors white balance is off
