Update Speculation thread

The tie downs don't necessarily mean ropables are ready. As was already mentioned, we do have simplified chains in game already. Since load tie-downs are going to be under a lot of tension while in use it can get away with the simple chains we already have for stuff like the Gambler Marshall.

I do really hope to see a headache rack on the T-Series now with all the new content we're seeing.

I feel like a headache rack is a must with these loads. Otherwise it wouldn't be realistic.

Does anyone find it funny how we sort of indirectly got two teasers this week? We go one yesterday on Twitter showcasing the Wydra and the new 200BX/Nissan Silvia thing, and this one today.

 

I didn't find it odd of funny, i found it cool.

 

I've looked closer and I think the chains on the front and rear trailer look identical which makes me think it's not a "rope" but a static object.

Apart from the steel roll being its own prop, I also hope for the ratchet strap chain being its own prop, because we already have a big, fat, nautical-grade chain, with the Flail prop! I want to do a Tug of War with a realistic chain!

 

now i want to load a steel coil on a flatbed t-series and test the strength of the chains by braking

 

We need an actual s13 hatch

 

And on the D-Series too! The D-Series should be the first car to get a headache rack, its backlight is directly exposed to the loads of the bed!
