Depending on the build it kinda helps to ping it off the limiter. Also looked like they were using left foot breaking to pivot the car. Mixed with climbing uphill, it was a pretty solid run for a showcase. Love the sounds and mirrors.

Maybe we should criticize the content itself, not the dev driving o_O

I think nawa saying "SMH my head" was indication that they were being mostly facetious.

I try to drift my underpowered, stock, brown Moonhawk sedan with a keyboard, don't judge me.

I was looking at the new mirrors in the teaser and noticed that there isn’t a visible quarter window. This could mean that this is a hatchback model with wrap around glass.

And ending up in a majestic high-siding on the other side of the road.

Come on guys and gals, that drift was sick looking!
Plus, by saying "diabolical", I think Paul Newman meant that it was great, not awful. He knows a thing or two about driving after all! ;)

    Yay, hope it's indeed a Hatchback! :)
(I also hope the Powerglow variant lives on! It's a shame to have the Powerglows leave us for good! :))

Man, you quite clearly misunderstood what I was trying to say. My statement was actually a conjunction expressing how I don't agree with the quote I was referring to, hence the use of "but". I find that drift, especially the part towards the end, quite mad. To clear any further, potential misunderstandings - mad in a good way.

Amen! Seems like I'm the only one who caught your drift (pun intended)!

I also noticed how high quality the mirror reflections are now, iirc at the moment it's very pixelated and doesn't have shadows on max settings (maybe I just didn't see the setting).
Anyways, very glad to habe such an improvement in mirrors, let's hope they'll add it for all cars in this or one of the next updates!

I'd like to see PBR materials rendered at higher quality in mirrors. Mostly for the road as it looks way different in mirrors.

I feel like they should be at least added to newer cars or cars remastered recently. Like the Lansdale, Covet, Bastion, '96 Pessima, Scintilla, K-Series, among others.

To be fair, it most likely is. And if not, it should be on the majority of the cars. Looking forward to seeing the engine patch notes though, it's my favourite section :)
