I"ve found out when i flipped Tolman editon the exhaust was been not connected to muffler.

 

Thanks, that was left unchanged from the previous inaccurate model, will be fixed for the next update.

why when i spawn the car, the tires and sometimes wheels doesn't show

Jorge stated (multiple times), that there won't be any new projects, he will keep the ones updated, that he made up until now though.
Also there's a 206 on some Russian pages, although it's not recommended to download from those pages...

dont download any mods that are not from beamng.com they can have a virus in them and there bad i tested a peugeot 206 it was a vivace meshslap
