AI Cars

So I had an I7 4790K and I a little bit ago I upgraded to a Ryzen 5 5600 and I have 16gb of Corsair ram and my CPU is better then recommended but I can barely run more AI cars then with the I7 which is basically minimum spec so just seeing if it's possible to run more AI cars at a decent frame rate.

 

5600 has 12 threads so 11-12 cars is probably the limit after which fps will start to drop. 4790k had 8.

 

what gpu do you have? the car models don't have lods so they can be taxing in large numbers

 

I have a GTX 970. Planning to upgrade soon though. I've seen MuYe videos and he has way more AI cars then me and he at one point had the 5600X so I wanna get close to the amount he has but I can't seem to do it.

 

ah yes, it's a decade old. I used to have a ryzen 3600 and around 8 cars was fine if memory serves, you could probably get more with a modern gpu.
