--- Post updated --- My old computer broke and i got a mac for other purposes and I am trying to figure out how yo run it if anyone knows how to run BeamNG.drive on mac plz tell me THX
Well, BeamNG doesn't technically support Macbook, however you could try getting a VM (virtual machine) or an emulator for Windows, and try installing from there. The big problem is, I don't even know if you can run BeamNG on a Mac smoothly enough to be playable, let alone creating a map based on Kentucky which has a lot of trees. You can still try though, you never know how BeamNG might run, and do mind that doing this would probably take a good couple of gigabytes, so make sure you have enough storage space.
[UPDATE] I have figured out how to run BeamNG.drive on Mac I plan to make a Youtube about it soon to show other confused people like i was. I plan to resume work sometime mid august it'll probably take 1-2 months for me to resume. (also sorry for my overconfidence in the beginning i thought i would be faster than what i originally thought i also now have a deeper respect for modders because of this)
I guess since: >He started making a mod without even running beaming >No pics still >Last Seen December 2023 We can clearly confirm this is not going any further. Beamng Devs feel free to close this.
I regained access to this account. Yes It's cancelled I apologize for not completing the BeamNG map mod as promised. Unfortunately, my Windows laptop experienced a catastrophic failure, leaving me unable to continue the project. Additionally, I've been caught up in a whirlwind of tasks and responsibilities, further delaying progress. I understand your disappointment. Thank you for your understanding. Also I have lost many of the files and screenshots however, I went digging into a backup and found some old 3D models for props and other random assorted items. One looks like a civic and a caprice and idk what that is.
