LOD Tree texture bug, how to fix it?

I have a LOD texture issue where the leaves of the trees turn into this repeating 2D texture of a tree when I'm far away from them. I tried deep cache clearing, verifying the integrity of the game files and also safe mode, the issue still persists. I guess I'll try removing everything, but if anyone has an easier solution I would like to know how to fix it in the future.

Edit: Uninstalled game, deleted appdata and steamapps folders and reinstalled but this still happens. Guess I'm updating my GPU driver next. I have RX6600 for anyone who's viewing this topic, if that helps.
Edit2: Driver update + restart did not fix it...

 

Finally someone else with this issue lol, I think this is just a bug, I see it on a few maps as well.
