Yesterday I replaced the front brakepads and lubricated the piston in the calipers.

I helped my sister move today. I had a bit of tire rub in the rear, but nothing major.

It looks good when your 15 feet away and through a bad camera. Up close it has a bunch of paint chips, dents, dings, and bondo. I'm planning on fixing all of those problems, and repainting it to its original orange color.

My lower intermediate shaft has gone bad on my Grand Marquis. 2005-2011 were recalled but 2004 was effected... $126. Not bad. It lasted 110,000 miles to. Most went out around 30k-50k.

Meanwhile my grand marquis got a much needed alignment and an oil change. And also I would like to share that it appears my intake manifold had already been replace in the past with the newer one with the aluminum coolant runner and the thermostat was actually just not tightened enough , so I am happy.

Changed fuse 12, 3 times. Have now established there is a short in the wiring for the stereo harness somewhere, a big short, big enough to also blow the 20A fuse on my multimeter which I have also changed.

Done. Just need to do the door inserts now... Also, I know there's a beige interior light in that 3rd pic. I do have M3 black interior lights, except for the left rear one, I still need that one, as the seller of the other ones didn't have it.

Sprayed the sunvisors from beige to dark grey to match the headliner, turned out real well. Paint I used was SEM Aerosol in Med Slate Grey. If I did it again, I'd get a darker grey, as this did not match the color of the color chart at all and turned out way too light. I had to mix it with my landau black can, which was reallllly hard to get a nice coverage. Did the same with the oh-shit-handles and the sunroof trim thingy.

Stickering over motorcycle damage is a common thing. Often worth asking about if buying a 2nd hand bike with stickers on it.

Installed a new clutch kit, timing belt, water pump, etc. And got new transmission oil, feels so much smoother.

My old clutch was a bit broken(Rust is cause it was left out overnight) .

Clutch feels weird though, I need to bleed it.

Well my cheapo eBay hid low beams I've had for 3 years now we're starting to get bad. One kept going off and come on flickering. So I bought a quality 55w kit and put em on

    I continued waiting. All I can do is sit here and wait another 5 weeks before I get any word on the title. ;_;
I'm still gonna buy this crown vic, but I think it'd be cool to buy one straight out of service from a government auction.
One that still has the pushbar, black and white paint, divider, plastic rear seat, and maybe even some strobes left here and there.
Of course I'd take all that shit out, except the lights and maybe the pushbar, get it painted etc, but it'd be kinda cool to have all that stuff in for a week or two.
If anyone wanted a ride with me I'd make them sit in the back.

You say that like you speak from experience lol
And that's the whole point. It'd be funny to make a friend sit on those uncomfortable plastic seats. But the very first thing I'd do is buy a normal backseat to stick back there.
Not sure if I've told the latest story on the crown vic title, but the state rejected the papers yet again about a week and a half ago. The second time they've been rejected. This time they rejected them because they want information on all of the previous owners. They have all those records. Why the fuck can't they look themselves?
But they gave the lady a website she can find it on. I guess she sent the papers in. For the 3rd time. That bullshit 15 dollar fee for every time you submit papers is really starting to add up. :|
Also, clark, what's your 0-60 time on your honda?
