91 is a completely different generation. 92 to 97 is also a completely different generation.
Possibly 98-02, 03-05, and 06-11. But nothing for them has been started except for some 03-05 Marker lights.

can you do a NYPD skin

 

You can tab into it and change the skin to any skin used on the Vic. There are many NYPD skins made for it already.
