How do I output lua to a texture?

Hello everyone, I recently started learning Lua and now I want to try to visualize "Hello World", but so far I absolutely do not understand how to bring information from lua into the game. My goal is to make an electronic dashboard through lua, because JS is very difficult for me so far.At the moment I can create functions for basic needs, I would be very glad if you could help me with this, thank you in advance!

 

I believe screens like that are done through HTML, in addition to lua. iirc the lua script says what to do, and the html is how it displays. There's some information in the Gauges section that may help you https://documentation.beamng.com/modding/vehicle/vehicle_system/controller/gauges/
