Turbo Blowoff Valve Doesn't Work Correctly

An issue I have noticed in the last coupe years or so of BeamNG, when letting off throttle under boost, the blowoff noise will sometimes not play at all or play just a very small portion of the audio and then cut out. It's most noticeable when giving full throttle then letting off right away, but this glitch will happen during gear changes as well.

In the video I added as an example, you can hear how the sound is just missing or plays a very short snippet about half the time. This is the newest version 0.32.1 with no mods, and cache cleared right before launching the game. To compare I also ran the same car (200BX Track version) in version 0.23.5 with no issues to the blowoff valve sound.

This does not just happen with the BX but any car that plays the blowoff sound.

Yes I have the same issue in safe mode.

I just tried it on version 0.25.5 and the issue is in this version of the game.

 

It is PSI, not bar. 1.2bar = ~17psi

Secondly, if you do exactly as I am doing with a controller (the pedals are shown on the bottom as well), it should give you the same issue. I just asked a friend to run his 0.32.1 in safe mode and he had the same issue as me.

As I mentioned, it appears to be an issue created some time between v0.23.5 and v0.25.5

 

Interesting, you can see my pedals UI app shows me giving 100% throttle, then letting off quickly, but this is with an Xbox controller so it's not instantaneous. I have never tried driving with keyboard keys but I wonder if the on/off nature of a key would prevent the issue I'm seeing.
