Spawn cars with ignition state still keeps the engine running

    I have fount the ignition state in the settings and set it to ignition OFF, respawned the car and the engine was ON, but no lights on the dash lit until I set the ignition to ON
    Restarted the game soon after(safe mode) and I can confirm that the bug is still present.
    As a player of BeamNG for a few years I cannot enjoy the game with this feature not working:cool:
