Case : Speeding leads to crash

Crash Description: Frank was speeding in the highway, while Dave was returning home. Dave, which fell asleep crashed into the ETK, meanwhile Frank avoided Dave's car, but crashed into Eddy's car. Then hit by Bill who was going to pick up some logs for delivery, Bill didn't notice Frank and crashed.

Crash Description: Rodrick was going to buy groceries, suddenly, he fell asleep on the road. While Kenny who was behind him didn't notice it.
Then, there was a log on the road, with Rodrick fell asleep, while that Kenny then noticed it and honked. Rodrick wakes up and tried to avoid
the log, but hit the end of the log. Causing the axle to be broken, then the car stopped when the car hitted a tree. Kenny stopped in time but
hit the log.

What's happened:

At 8:42 a.m., Cherrier's driver, a 26-year-old man, with his girlfriend, a 23-year-old girl on the front seat and a 25-year-old friend on the rear seats, were going to the beach to spend a nice day in company. During the trip, a 75-year-old, was speeding on the highway, most likely drunk, in his GM wagon, and was making reckless moves, endangering many drivers in the same lane.
After a very dangerous overtaking, he didn't have time to notice that the Cherrier was stopped on the road, and he brutally hit it, almost crushing the rear part. After the crash, the elderly man lost control of the station wagon, ending up in a ditch on the side of the road, while the Cherrier ended up in the middle, occupying all the lanes. Unfortunately, at high speed, other cars arrived: the first, a Gavril Roamer, driven by a 43-year-old Chinese woman, which crashed into the front of the Cherrier, overturning once and ending up on the side of the road. Sadly, the GM was T-boned by a Soliad Wendover, driven by a 39-year-old woman, being seriously damaged. Finally, an Ibishu Pessima driven by a 55-year-old man, who was with his 49-year-old wife, ended up rear-ending the white Roamer to avoid the accident

Aftermath:

• Gavril GM's driver died on the impact;
• 1 Cherrier's rear occupant died on impact, driver and front passenger are heavily injured but survived
• Soliad's driver suffered head injuries, 2 broken bones and broken left arm
• Roamer's driver was shocked but slightly injured
• Pessima's occupants were unharmed

When it happened: 17th, September 2023


What happened:

At 11:45 a.m. of 17th September 2023, a 22-year-old boy, Xin Cheong, with his friend, Dong Zhu, a 23-old boy, were speeding dangerously under drugs effects, on their Gavril Roamer, overtaking everyone on the road. After some dangerous moves, they hit, at very high speed, the ramp of a tow truck ended up in the middle of the road, parked by a 64-year-old man, Andy Robinson. After hitting the ramp, the car flew for few meters, crashing violently onto the asphalt, then overturning 4 times, ending up on the side of the road, near the junction towards the city centre. Subsequently, a Bruckell Flare, driven by Rosalinde Munch, a 35-year-old girl, crashed onto the ramp, overturning twice and remaining upside down. In addition to her, yet another car flew, driven by Chrisopher Schmidt, a 46-year-old German man, who died instantly, hitting the roof of the Roamer. Next, an AW Bete arrived, led by Rosaria Galindo, a 19-year-old girl, along with her friend, Carly Norton, 18 years old. Fortunately, they managed to survive and escape the accident in time, before a Grand Marshall, driven by a 69-year-old man, Reginald Fletcher, together with his 61-year-old wife, Wilma Horsewood, crashed very violently into the right side of the Bete, crumpling it.



Injuries:

Zhu and Cheong died on the impact, same for Schmidt.
Rosalinde was shocked but survived with some bruises.
Reginald and Wilma survived with several injuries and scratches.
Carly and Rosaria survived and were unharmed.
Andy was accused of triple manslaughter, sentenced to 10 years in prison and to pay compensation of $1,500,000

Crash Description: A 15 year old took control of his unnamed dad's Gavril Durham because he was mad at his dad for spanking him. A tow truck driver was doing a routine mechanical check on his tow truck after having to clean up an accident scene where 6 drivers died and 18 were injured. The Durham came speeding out of nowhere and he jumped the ramp and flew off the ramp, which at the time he was checking the spools for any damage. He was killed instantly when the Durham collided because the tow trucker did not get out of the way and as a result he broke multiple bones and a basilar skull fracture. he flew into an Ibishu Covet which was only thankfully minor damages that was able to be repaired.

Injuries (if any): Dead tow truck driver, broken neck, broken arm and broken leg for the other durham thankfully.

Aftermath (lawsuit, etc.): After the 15 year old got released from the hospital, he was sentenced to the death penalty by lethal injection when he turned 18 and he was forced to pay $65,000 dollars for a new tow truck and was also forced to pay $765,000 for compensation for the dead tow truck drivers family. He was charged for grand theft auto, vehicular manslaughter, 3rd degree murder, and attempted murder for the covet driver. He was charged as an adult for the severity of the crimes commited.
