Thanks! I thought it should be in the steam directory. Thing is, I uploaded screenshots yesterday. Brain fart. Fixed my post.
Radeon HD 7950 Catalyst software version 14.1 (I believe, Windows 8.1 hates catalyst software for some reason) Invisible barriers. Also, figure I should bring this up, I get 10-40 fps drops with the Moonhawk, and about the same lag with the Series H with the cargo box on. I'm running a AMD Phenom II 3ghz quad core. I assume that the unoptimized performance with ATI/AMD products and bugs with them has something to do with it. This frame drop happens on any graphics level too, and I have tested it with post processing off too. Frame drop goes even farther down if the vehicle is reflecting very bright light in the direction of the camera. Other than this, I average around 40-60 fps at 720p.
That is simply the low performance of your processor causing moonhawk and h series box lag, both are complex vehicles.
Hirochi Raceway for me is exactly like described in the screenshots of the original post. Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 OC edition and Win 7 64 bit running Catalyst version 13.1
Same results as the OP with all of the maps listed GPU: R9 295x2 (2x R9 290x?) Catalyst version 14.9 2d driver version 8.01.01.1423 Direct3D version 9.14.10.01061 OpenGL 6.14.10.13084 Mantle (probably wont do anything but anyway) 9.1.10.0034 http://www.gigabyte.com.au/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5070#ov
Invisible barriers and also triangulated barriers. Radeon HD 7850 Catalyst 14.11 yada yada latest beta. Win 7 64-bit Intel i5 2500K UPDATE: Tried different settings, nothing made any difference but the Mesh Detail levels. I assume this is because at the lowest Beamng wont display the barriers since theyre too far away?? Also, both screenshot are taken with Alt + P but the first is before i changed any settings, it gets messed up, the later is when im in Options and reduced the Mesh Detail level to Lowest (dont know if it gets messed up in Options but with a higher Mesh Detail level).
Thx all for your help on this report. We have fixed this render problem on AMD graphic cards , but we need to check all problems are fixed.
Sounds awesome, gonna test it out tonight! Hopefully Ruud (RACER creator) finds the same solution to the same bug in RACER
Just want to report that my integrated APU graphics is not affected; AMD Radeon 7660G is not affected by invisible meshes
Make/Model: XFX Radeon HD 7850 Core Edition 1GB Driver Version: Catalyst ver. 14.12 (There's supposed to be a barrier in the background)
Does no one read the thread first. They clearly said they fixed the issue we just have to wait for the update.
