I remember this changing with the brake discs, maybe it was accidentally broken in the last update? Or am i misremembering?

 

I have some issues to report in WCUSA...

Some parts are strange and buggy...

My guess would be that it's the Right Hand Drive I-Series. Try troubleshooting which mod is the issue by systematically testing each mod
