Career Mode Vehicle Delivery Bug

Career mode vehicle delivery missions are not registering as complete. Upon arriving at the destination for a vehicle delivery, normally a popup appears and it shows your reward. However ~80% of the time when turning in the vehicle, the vehicle disappears and the UI for your current mission remains, as well as not receiving any reward. Haven't been able to test in safe mode as vehicle deliveries require level 2 and that's a bit of a grind.

No, its very random. Haven't played in a while though. Might've been fixed in the hotfix?

 

how could the vehicles deliveries require the level 2 ? if they did, we just couldn't do any vehicle deliveries

 

I could be mistaken on how that mechanic works. I just know I've tried replicating in safe mode and couldn't because I was locked out of accessing vehicle deliveries from any of the locations I tried

 

it is possible in the parking lot of the belasco garage, there are level 1 deliveries
