It cannot be just myself, but the way which we are directed through emojis to a shortened URL feels almost scam-like good sir. Were it not for the 'Official' header I would have believed your account to be compromised.

Hello everyone, I'm new here. Please I would like to know how long it takes for the GIF to appear on the Steam contest community page, I had to spend $5 there to let me post it as public .

If anyone else is running into the issue of not being able to upload the GIF as public, it's because Steam prevents some accounts from accessing certain social and community features that are often used for spamming, phishing, and other abuses. Limiting the accounts that have not spent at least 5 US dollars (or the equivalent in your currency) in the store.

This may be the case for those of us who have purchased the "Humble Bundle" version or have received the game as a gift.
