Gill-Rowe Kingsway 3500 The company Gill-Rowe was founded in 1935 in the United Kingdom. After the end of World War II the Kingsway was the company's first model to release. At release it was available in either an open top speedster (OTS), or a fixed head coupe (FHC) bodystyle, powered by a 3,5 L inline 6. The car had dual wishbone torsion bar front suspension and live axle with leaf springs in the rear. In 1952 the Series II models released, featuring a bored up 3.7 L engine, a new rack and pinion steering system and visual changes. Along with these updates came the drop head coupe (DHC) bodystyle. The car in it's current state: Info This mod will be paid. Price will be around 4 Euros and there'll be a free demo version. The mod is 100% scratch made by me. I've been working on this since february 2024 but there's a lot of work left. The engine, and coupe are yet to be started and i'm quite busy currently so it will take a atleast a few more months to finish. The drop head coupe will likely come in an update after release and feature a working softtop. I'm open to reasonable suggestions and ideas.
The war ended 3 years before production of this car started, so it is actually a post-war classic. This is almost exactly what I have been waiting for for a long time! A classic british sports car like the Jaguar XK120 is exactly what BeamNG was missing to me. Thank you for this great addition to the vehicles of BeamNG!
