Discord Ban Appeal

Hello, I would like to appeal to my Discord server ban on my account justrobertoff.
From what got to me, I was banned due to Racist Behaviour. I am aware of what I did and I respect the decision to ban me, even though I have never acted this way on the official BeamNG discord server, only on my own server, and ruels never stated that we can get ban for such behavior also outside of server. This ban was issued to me on 1st October 2023 and appeal duration was set to 1st April 2024 (6 months). Please consider my ban appeal. Thank you.

I might also add that i appealed via Email twice already and i never got an answer saying OK WE WILL UNBAN or NO, WE WONT UNBAN, i was just left answer-less

It took like 6 months for my appeal to be processed so like

My ban appeal for "inappropriate username, status, and about me" still hasn't been accepted yet.

 

i waited 6 months to first appeal dude, why should i wait another 6 for a damn repsonse?

you got banned for multiple reasons after being wanred for more than once. you also have to wait 6 months for an appeal and you got banned like 2 months ago

beamng is not a big company, they dont have infinite resources and get a lot of customer support stuff and sometimes they get buried.

Get a warning that says "Innapropriate behavior" on a mile long message you sent. Good luck finding the reason they warned you.

Most of it’s self explanatory and not worth investing resources into. My ban messages are usually 2-3 words such as “Read rules.”, or “You know why.”
Then again, I don’t operate like a company.

So I finally got unbanned from Beamcord after two months, but I'm not coming back. The moderation in that server is, frankly, really terrible.

you can only appeal after 6 months and it generally takes another few months for a response

I’m sorry, but getting banned for having "Scout makes me drool… oh my gosh he’s so f- yummy" in your profile is perfectly reasonable. Please stop acting like the victim despite knowing exactly what you did wrong and why you got banned.
And yes, I know that’s a silly reason, but c’mon you can’t say it’s not justified whatsoever.
