[UNSOLVED]the thing that made me want to destroy my PC 100000 times

PLS NOTE THAT THIS IS THREAD'S PURPOSE IS NOT FOR HELP,I JUST WANT TO SHOW YOU GUYS WHAT HAPPENED(oh but pls someone tell me why this happened)

So I was making a diana skin mod,and I tried to make the unpacked mod packed so I zipped the vehicles folder,then I have copied the zip file,and I tried to paste to the mods folder,than explorer showed me,ZIP FILE NOT FOUND AT THIS DIRECTORY bruhhhhhh and all of my skin mod files were gone,WHY!???

 

It could be that you have dropped your zip onto another zip (in the mods folder) by accident . So it is not in the directory any more and hidden away in the other zip. I made this mistake and didn't found my zip any more, too. I hope this is an answer to your WHY and you don't have to destroy your PC by overkill .

I like to use this free backup program to prevent such things. You are never really safe from data loss, but with BeamNG it is sometimes a step more problematic. Maybe you have regained some confidence and can make a new skin. I would like to see it
