Cancelled Pontiac Firebird Trans-Am/GTA/TTA

Most times that's virtually impossible when it comes to GTA mods, you'd probably have better luck just emailing the publisher from GTAInside and asking if the model is free to use. I tried looking for the author myself and all I got were the GTA site and sketchy Russian sites

 

I recommend you contact Hellraiser_999 they make GREAT engine sounds and they've made 454 sounds like you're looking for!

It was supposedly going to be added but chances are he's never gonna come back to this, frustrating but it always happens

 

I just learned, you're not allowed to post mods with third party 3d models on the forums without permission, but if you set up a page such as Ko-Fi or a similar page, you can post the mod there. You're able to set the KoFi page price to zero even though it's widely used for paid mods

 

No, you can do it on the forums, but not the repository.

 

Really? I saw the description of that Skoda Octavia mod and it said you can't upload a third party model to the forums without author perms

I have no idea if it's even releasing. He did mention asking permission to use the model, but when it comes to GTA modders it really doesn't matter since they either A: won't respond or B: won't care either way
