To enrich the lives of its customers, Honda seeks to provide automobiles and services that are secure, stress-free and uniquely Honda and that support the freedom of mobility for all. With all that crap outta the way let me explain what im doing here, I love Hondas. i wont bore you with another drawn out history on why i love them but my passion for the brand is on par with a cybertruck owners passion. (them dudes is crazy) Anyway im "re-imagining" anything that the company used to make before they discontinued it and building said thing in automation, from real stuff to completely original ideas they will all go into this thread. Expect to see WIP builds here as well, i already have a couple of cars done with 1 already in the repo. --- Post updated --- First up on the chopping block is the Honda airwave. In April 7, 2005—Honda Motor Co., Ltd. would announce the debut of the Airwave for the Japanese market, designed around the “new wave concept” a new idea for compact cars that functioned as a cool lifestyle component for youthful customers who value their own individual sensibilities over any single style. In order to achieve both a roomy passenger interior and a luggage compartment, the Airwave incorporated Honda’s original center-fuel tank layout. In combination with the convenience of a low-floor design, this also allows a variety of seating arrangements. The Sky Roof, with its extra-large opening, delivers an open-air feeling, while the ample glass area that extends seamlessly from the front windshield up onto the roof adds to the exterior stylishness. For this modern revival i took styling ques from both then current gen Honda CR-V along with the Honda Clarity to complete the look while staying true to what Honda had built the original Airwave to be. The new power plant would run Honda’s Earth Dream Technology i-VTEC which powers the front wheels on the LX & EX models while the Sport and Touring trims would receive the optional SH-AWD system.--- Post updated ---
Added another Honda to the list of cars that im working on this one is still being built but will be released as a pack with multiple versions to choose from.
Project FK8 is under way and tons of work is going into this pack a video of the build on the SuperGT300 version will also be dropping soon --- Post updated --- not sure if they will be accepted into the repo but i will have trial version available on my discord
I can not wait for this release I'm looking forward to the fk8 because I have one that i daily drive and is the color boost blue
Getting back into the swing of things i will be continuing this build project, minus a full YT video on the JGTC300 version cause im extremely lazy. Im also on the fence about adding in the WRC version and Police version as well so this pack might just have 3 cars instead of the planned 5, still look forward to these FK8s as i plan to release more Hondas in the future.
nothing major, re-did the rear wing and thats about it as of right now on the JGTC version. Both the Stock and Street version have already been tuned so they are good to go, i knew going into this that the race version would slow the entire project down since im going for a "believable" aero kit. once the exterior is completed the engine bay and interior as a whole will be done in short order but for now here are some updates on the JGTC300 version. The lower rear bumper will get reworked as it makes no sense for it to be there on a race car as extreme as this, as a special side note the engine will be a i4 putting out about 300-400 hp and will be located in the rear effectively making this a MR Civic while the fuel cell will be moved up front. Finally the undertray isnt completed but will feature some details instead of it just being "flat". I wont make any promises but i do want to have this pack out before the end of the year.
its been awhile since i built any Honda's. been so busy irl then got caught up learning some new code and then building alot of Porsches that this project got pushed way back. with that being said after a Porsche pack and a following RUF build i will be moving back into Honda and releasing them on the repo. as it follows i have ALOT of Honda builds just waiting around so i'll lis them here in no particular order FK8 Pack Honda Airwave EF Pack EK Civic Hatch Integra/RSX Pack NSX Pack Im sure there's more that im missing but that enough to occupy me for month (i work slow). With that being said here are some random pictures of whats to come. also understand that there may be a random car built in between these cars, thats just how i am.
thank you, im just giving back to the Automation side of BeamNG players. i hope to get these cars im building with better crash physics soon as well
Bro thats insane! you make gorgeus things, but one question: Do you use blender or just squares and geometric forms?
