Problem with bx series mod

So i have a trouble with a mod and it breaks the game so i was wondering if i could get some help

At the top you can read "coupe". It's the old name of the 200BX. Since its remaster it's called "bx".
The way to fix it is to download a mod that brings back the old file without overwriting the new one:
