Maybe not you, but several people have tried to argue against it with similar things that you come with, despite me showing the issue, and saying that there are others who also experience this. The sidewalk should be level, but I've checked this in several locations and it is always the same result. I think there is some sort of plugin for Blender, but I'm not sure. As far as suspension goes, the E36 is based on the ETK I-Series. I think. Speaking of I-Series, that one also seem to have something weird going on when you look at the UI app, but it's not as bad as the E36, and it appears to sit level. I also compared E36, ETK800 and I-Series with a different UI app regarding weight.
