True, but that was a long time ago, and the quality standard has changed since then. today's new/remastered vehicles are now way better than the Marshal was when remastered.

I'm in the boat that this is teasing something to do with the traffic system and that they have optimised it. I can't see what else it would be.

 

Isn't it just supposed to show that GM (and maybe other cars) is going to have a simple traffic taxi version, which is not a thing right now?

To be fair, this does fall under optimisation. But yeah, any talk of anything being different with the GM is not right (minus it probably having that aforementioned simplified traffic version)
