SOLVED Tire textures missing and missing game file

Hello, I'm having a problem since the new update that some tires of the new Gavril MD are missing. I tried disabling mods, using directx, clearing cache, safe mode but nothing worked. I verified the integrity of the game files and it said that the file "vcruntime140_1.dll" was missing. So I tried re- downloading the game files from steam but it said no files were missing. Then I tried reinstalling visual c++ redistributable but that also didn't fix the issue. What should I do? Do I need to reinstall the entire game or is that gonna be fixed in a hotfix? Also I found this in the log/console, but I dont know if its related to the tires for this vehicle.

EDIT: After getting advice from the discord server that I need to disable some broken mod, the tires are there now. I just forgot to clear the cache afterwards. It still says that vcruntime140_1.dll is missing but it doesnt seem to affect the game?

 

What mod was it? I have the same issue.

 

You need to disable/delete these mods: Really Big Tires, IYB Off-Road Tires, Wider Axles, AgentY global tuning mod
And dont forget to clear the cache afterwards
