    I can start the game but when I try to get in a map the game freezes.

    I tried the updated Vulkan renderer as I heard now its stable enough for beta testing. I tried it and the main menu loaded, but I tried to load into East Coast USA, and the game just froze. No writing was displayed, the bar wasnt moving, nothing. I clicked on it, and the "BeamNG is not responding" window came up. I left it and 10min later it still didnt load. I tried again but loaded into the blank gridmap and it loaded though, and I was getting 80fps, which is pretty high for me. Last time I tried Vulkan was I think in 0.30, and I loaded onto West Coast USA and the map actually loaded, just had random purple noise and glitching. Atleast now for me though, blank gridmap doesnt go purple, unlike last time, which it did, so improvements have happened. It seem that for me atleast, Vulkan has been made worse. I know it wont be stable until its finished, but before I could load into maps, but now I cant

    It seem some people have a good experience with Vulkan, and other for them it simply don't work...

    Why is that?

    There is a lot of variables, from different vram sizes, driver versions, os versions, and so on. The older GPU you have the less tested Vulkan is. So far we have been focused on getting the 2 latest GPU generations stable, now we need to improve support for older GPUs. We have known issues with GPUs that have less than 8GB of VRAM, especially when you try to use traffic, current workaround is just using Low texture settings to avoid running out of memory. Overall, you need to ensure that you have installed all OS and driver updates to ensure a higher chance of everything working properly.

    Make sure to post your hardware configuration and logs so we can check what is going on :)

    What are the best graphic settings to run with a RTX 270 Super 8GB, 32GB RAM, I5 7500T @2.70GB in Vulkan? My framerates are inconsistent.15fps when I get out of the vehicle into walking mode amongst other things. The Current graphic settings I have are shown in the video. I have also attached screenshots of task manager with the game running at theses settings.

    @FFIVGUY close all other programs and maybe also restart Windows, cause your uptime is 41 hours. Who knows what other programs are running in the background.

    Just in case you did not allow the previous files due to being hosted in a file sharing site, im reposting the log files here directly.

    While I am not a C++ programmer nor did I ever worked with vulkan, I can grease my hand a little if I can help expedite fixes specific to my hardware or anything of the kind.

    Just un case my english might not be perfect but today I uninstalled my Nvidia drivers because I got a new GPU from AMD, and when I try to launch the game in Vulkan nothing shows up and the game just crashes after 2 to 3 seconds oh and this is the error I get : BeamNG 0.33.1.0 0x00000001

    I personally have nothing wrong with Vulkan (which is constant lag as usual), but some people cannot launch BeamNG anymore with Vulkan with Nvidia MX GPUs. Is it a known issue?

    Before I start, it is important to note that all of the following issues are only present when the game is launched using Vulkan.

    I run BeamNG on an MSI GF63 Thin 10SCXR. The specs are as follows;

    CPU
    Intel Core i5-10300H CPU @ 2.50GHz

    GRAPHICS
    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 with Max-Q Design

    RAM
    32 GB

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    For whatever reason, all license plate mods (that I have tried) cause the game to freeze to the point where it doesn't even give the pop up showing that the game has stopped responding requiring me to use steam to force stop the game or to use task manager, the same thing happens with several map mods and at least one mod that adds parts for the t-series. Not sure if this is relevant however, when this happens, when the game freezes up, audio from things like google get really staticky while the entire screen freezes (cursor included) for two to three seconds. Again, all of this only happens when launching the game in Vulkan and continues to happen when launching the game in Vulkan until the mods are removed and the cache cleared.

    Here is the most recent log file. I launched West Coast USA and left it for 10min, and nothing happened. Then I clicked on it, and the screen went white and the game stopped responding.
    I also got this error code after BeamNG crashed, but this is the crash error code:
    BeamNG 0.33.1.0 0xCFFFFFFF STATUS_APPLICATION_HANG

    My hardware in the PC is:
    HP Pavillion Gaming 15 Laptop
    AMD Ryzen 5 3500H CPU
    NVIDIA GTX 1050 10GB GPU (3GB on GPU, 6.9GB shared)
    16GB RAM but only 14GB is usable

    I am currently trying to play on vulkan but unfortunately I keep getting stuck on the loading screen.

    I am using a GTX1650, i7 9th gen, 2 TB SSD, 16GB RAM, and am on the latest drivers and windows 11

    I have also been having some issues with the Vulkan renderer, but in a more strange way.
    With a clean install, BeamNG is not able to load any map whatsoever except for the SmallGrid. It just gets stuck. Ram usage stays at whatever it was using while CPU and GPU usage go down. This also applies to mod maps.

    When I try to launch the same maps again on DirectX, however, it seems to work properly. Larger maps take more time but apart from that everything is normal.

    And this is where the problem gets confusing: Once I load a map in DirectX, I can now load that same map again in Vulkan as if nothing went wrong. I tried this with all of the vanilla maps and some modded maps, and I have consistently gotten the same pattern. I believe that it just uses the textures that were generated while in DirectX when loading in Vulkan, so I think that Vulkan is getting stuck on that texture/shader generation process.

    My system specs are: Core i3 13100F, RX 6600 (non XT), 32 GB RAM, latest chipset drivers, graphics drivers, and Windows 11 updates.

    So my 4GB VRAM AMD RX570 (D3D11) has a long time to wait before it can match current branch stats on Vulcan... Well at least now I know why.

    The issue you’ve noticed:
    The game will freeze on the loading screen.

    This happens when:
    When I try to load into a map, the game will get stuck on the loading screen and freeze up.

    My specs are:
    (include what’s your hardware config: give us os version, check Win + Pause, CPU, GPU, RAM, check dxdiag.exe, send your graphics driver version number)
    Windows 11
    11th gen intel core i7-11370H
    RTX 3050-ti
    32 GB of ram
    graphics version: 561.09

    I'm having the same error. Any map will get stuck on the loading screen and nothing will happen until an input occurs, after which the game will crash.

    Specs:
    Windows 10 LTSC 19044
    AMD Ryzen 7 5850U
    Vega 8 iGPU
    32Gb RAM
    GPU driver version: 31.0.21024.5005
