i've seen some cars of the traffic mod showcase in your youtube, will the cars only have one trim each or all or at least some of them will have different trims and rims? like for example the 2021 GMC Yukon in your video
For the older stuff it really just depends on whatever was available with the source, the Yukon specifically has SLE, AT4 and Denali but the majority are only the one spec. For my newer properly own modelled cars I'l trying to make the most of each car without being exhaustive with specs, so a couple main specs or facelifts or distinct versions for each (chosen purely on whatever I personally like). For example the StepWGN I modelled has both standard pre facelift and facelift spada parts each with 2 configs of different wheels/couple extra bits, but doesn't have Modulo X parts or an exhaustive list of every wheel and optional extra still because they don't interest me or would be going a bit overboard for a single car at that point.
You should make a thread so that people can come up with some ideas and suggestions on vehicles to add.
Ngl I have references and stuff collected for literally like 500 vehicles at this point, at least most of which would be stuff I'd be interested in adding. Anything that could be suggested would either be something I already plan to make one dayTM or something I'm not interested in adding, not really sure what revelations stuff like "add a ford fiesta" could bring to the table here when I'm obviously already aware the ford focus is a car that exists and is popular, and already know what cars I fancy making next.
sorry that i've been asking several times.. but can you let us know if the cars of the traffic mod will have at least pretty good interior (it doesn't have to have stuffs like actually moving shift lever but like moving speedometer and steering wheel) and also can they be driven by players ?
Dumping an interior into the highly optimised vehicles only intended to be used as traffic cars would probably destroy all optimisatin attempts and also entirely defeat the point and just make it a crap meshslap pack instead, and even if i was trying to do that for whatever reason i dont think anyone has ever properly modelled exteriors for some of these before now, let alone full interiors too (which is definitely beyond my scope for modelling from internet references) and would require months extra for every single car, which is just a completely stupid idea; the fact its just exteriors using the same sets of optimised textures is the only reason it's possible to make this in the first place.
By the way, any sort of progress on porting over the traffic vehicles from NFS MW (2012) for the actual map itself?
Twin-Turbocharged AND Centrifugal-Supercharged 1.3L Rotary Engine??? (Rotary engine model and intercooler are based on the KLJP config pack, with Centrifugal Supercharger based from the models from Classic Engine Expansion Pack)
