how to get rid of this window

i have no idea on how to close this menu

 

Try resetting the windows to default layout maybe? Not sure otherwise.

 

Weird: If you size the "Shortcut Layout" window (the thing in your screenshot) to a minimal heigth, you can dock it back to the bottom and then hide its title bar in the partialy visible menu on the very right side. I love our World Editor .
