No. Saab was a real life company at some point. Saab is a defunct company.

 

Well that is what the repo rules said the devs said so if it is defunct it is allowed.

 

while they arent prοducing cars they are still a active brand. they are alsο still οwned by gm i think. s while they arnet making cars they arent "defunct"

Nope. Copyrighted materials are not allowed on the repo. They are allowed on the forums which I have yet to figure out why....

By being put on the repository they've effectively got a 'this mod is acceptable' from the QA team, but on the forums it's a case of upload whatever scrap you want, thusly licensed vehicles aren't allowed to be uploaded to the repository

False, Stellantis does not currently use the Plymouth brand, but it does still retain the trademark rights to the Plymouth name.
