All textures work fine on my end, must be a cache issue.

Go to your user folder then
locate the temp folder, delete it. locate the vehicle folder, search "main", delete the result

Have you tried what @default0.0player said?

Again, all textures are fine on my end so it must be something local on your game.

I also have the transmission texture issue. I nuked my cache. Vivace textures are fine. Definitely worth investigating. Maybe give it its own texture in the next update.

Please try this materials file (just replace the current one in the main car folder) since it uses ETK textures not declared in the defender materials file, it can be the issue, hopefully it solves the issue.

So...I've been thinking about doing the OCTA for a while, since it's kinda the ultimate Defender and would make a great addition to the mod, but of course...big issues in the way. Big ones.

I could take care of most of the stuff, at least visually, but the car features a couple of things that are beyond my reach:

Engine: P635 4.4 liter V8 micro-hybrid, which I don't know how to faithfully recreate (especially the microhybrid part...) I'm also quite sure the transmission is tweaked or maybe even new/specific to the car, but can't even find info about it...
OCTA Mode: Activated by a special new button in the steering wheel, iluminates in red when turned on. Simulating that shouldn't be hard, but the issue is how it changes the rest of the car of course, since it features a braking calibration designed for loose gravel, enhances the steering, turns the ABS into rally inspired mode (?) and also has a special gauge screen mode, with G-forces shown in real time. How to do any of that...nope.
6D Dynamics Air Suspension: Just gonna quote LR here... 'intelligently responds to driving styles, with hydraulic interlinked dampers and height-adjustable air spring' I'm quite sure the current air suspension can't simulate that advance setup.

And of course, has better brakes, and a distinctive exhaust sound. And has a better wading depth. So yeah, long story short, I'm screwed, this is no ordinary version, is a very thorough revision of the car to launch it into the next level, and I would consider an insult to the standard of the mod just doing it in a visual level, without any of the technical advantages it features...so sadly, as always, I depend on your kindness to help out, giving proper crediting of course (least I can do...) but one thing is for sure, if the technical bits cannot be done, I'm not going forward, sorry.
