Now that's a solid truck! Good to see how far this has come.

It can, and I've done it before quite often. 40mph and above reliably disables the Hank, usually by destroying the suspension and radiator. Cars and trucks back then were quite sturdy because the frame extends to the whole length of the car, and those aren't very malleable.

What type of wheels are?

 

For rims there will be Cast 1, Cast 2, and Sheet metal
For tires there will be the 3 you see + industrial tires + airless bands for cast 1 wheels.
There are also dually versions of all these

A school bus config itself isn't planned, but a bus and Charabanc are (not in initial release). It will be skinable so someone could do it post release
