help me please

    can some one help me to poste some picture be cause i cant show the picture of my project it say:

    "The following error occurred
    Error parsing the ZIP file
    picture.png"



    and if i do the zip file (put my picture in the zip file)
    he say :

    "The following error occurred
    The uploaded file does not have an allowed extension.
    photo.zip"

    someone can help me please ?
