A Moonshine runner, along with cars like the Lead Sled Burnside Special, the Bastion 5.7 Luxe, the Bluebuck Marshal 423 4-door and the Grand Marshal 5.5 Luxe, could also open the Mafia chapter in Belasco City! After all, the net of alleys and waterways underneath the Steel Factory is the perfect spot for trading caboose content... if you know what I mean! We're only missing a speakeasy in downtown Belasco City and we're good to go!
