I dont know what you guys are planning right now, but i think beam ng needs some sort of Hypercar like a Koenigsegg regera or something like that. Im Sure this has been Suggested many times but... Yes
scintilla is pretty good, i feel the handling is where people have a issue, sounds aswell maybe. That being said sbr4 does need remaster and a hyper car would be very cwool
Yes it is, ESC or no ESC it is just hard to control at speed. --- Post updated --- And I don't think its a "sKiLl IsSuE".
mhm, beam devs i know they have to make the cars work for controller, wheel and KB but the scintilla specifically is just very ehhhhhh to drive lol
As a controller user, I can tell you they did not make the scintilla using a controller. It's too finicky and basically requires a full on wheel setup to control consistently. --- Post updated --- I can only imagine how crap it would be with a keyboard.
it's quite drivable on keyboard, I think you do just have a skill issue I think a trap people fall into with the modern sports cars is forgetting about weight transfer, because you can't see body roll or dive. drive it smoothly, as if it's a bolide, and you might get more out of it.
i love how we are pretty much getting the exact opposite of what they are suggesting, a pre war bruckell coupe
No, its a skill issue The scintilla is designed like any other modern supercar, if your going full throttle trying to whip it around corners like its an F1 car your ending up in the wall. It's not some downforce monster designed to drive upside down when you go fast enough, its a car, and no amount of electronics onboard said car will generate downforce. Every car is difficult to control at speed, its why we have speed limits.
Yes I know that you can't F1 things around corners, but the SBR is still easier to handle at speed. --- Post updated --- Great now I want a hypercar with F1 amounts of downforce.
Just go to the Automation tab of the repository if you want physics bending grip out of a car. Better yet, just get the game and make one, it can be surprisingly fun to do.
