Been working on this since early march when I finished ultrabump, posting in dev screens every once in a while. I think it's finally has come to a point where it's time to make a thread. So here it is, the 2025 Toyota 4Runner ULTRA4 4400 Unlimited Class Extreme Race Vehicle. Heavily inspired by the 4400 Bronco's in terms of overall design, except I modeled the body after the 2025 Toyota 4Runner, cut and bobbed in the same style as the bronco's. It features: -Custom Independent long travel suspension front and back with portalhubs. -Portal hubs have a selection of gearratios available. -Custom dual axis swingset steeringsystem to minimize bumpsteer across the full travel and full steering angle. -42" tyres on 20" wheels. -Big 7.5 liter NA racing motor producing more than 900HP in it's top tier trim. -Fox coilovers, bypass shocks and bumpstops. -Mid engine layout for better visibility. -Detachable bodypanels. -Multiple gearbox and transfercase options. -150 liter/40 US gallon fueltank. -All custom modeled parts by me. Pic dump: Credits: @Madiolo all skins And a BIG thanks to everyone who has helped me in the past!
It very cool to see the concept of a fictionalized version of a real car. I feel like this concept should be used more in modding. Like fictional cars from real brands, generations of pre-existing vehicles that don't exist, or new body styles.
Thx everyone! Been doing some more work: -New headlights -New chasebar -Work on rear part of chassis -Added rear bumper (detachable) -Finished bodywork jbeam -Baking glowmaps and adding flares -New BBS E88 inspired Beadlock wheels -Mounted spare with straps instead of hardmounting it -Modeled new transfercase
It wouldn't be a racecar without true professional workflow fdp carbon fiber textures. It's fine I released a free mod to compensate for it.
That's not how it works. You are liable to be sued by Toyota for using their intellectual property to make money.
